Peter Wilson
Vice President
Peter Wilson is the 2nd Vice President of the Saint John Construction Association and has been the General Manager of the Dowd Group of Companies since 2013 and Spectrum Enterprises since 2025. This diverse group of companies provides construction services for the New Construction Market, ICI market as well as the Residential market in Southern NB.
Peter is a graduate of NBCC – Moncton and has continued his professional development throughout his career. Prior to joining the Dowd Group Peter worked for over 20 years in various management roles with Industrial Distribution & Services companies as well as Engineering Departments of large fabrication and manufacturing business. Peter has been involved in various business groups / committees as well as not for profit organizations and is currently involved in Business Community Anti-Poverty Initiative (BCAPI) in Saint John.
Peter has grown up and lived in the Saint John area most of his life and currently resides in Grand Bay Westfield with his wife who is a Registered Nurse and has a daughter who is a fire fighter and a son that is a tradesman. He enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, boating, snowmobiling, and working on classic cars.
