Paul Cole
President, QM Construction Ltd. P.Eng., FEC, GSC
QM Construction Ltd. specializes in water supply and distribution systems, sewage collection and treatment systems, storm water management, road construction and land development. QM services municipal, commercial and private markets throughout New Brunswick.
Paul came on board with QM in January 2007 and became a partner in 2008. Through several iterations of corporate succession, he advanced to Vice President in 2010, and President in 2024. Since graduating Civil Engineering from UNB in 1998, he has been active with several industry organizations, including Construction Association of New Brunswick, Road Builders Association of New Brunswick, Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of New Brunswick, and Saint John Construction Association. Away from work he is an avid outdoorsman and motorsports enthusiast. Paul holds a Black Belt in Judo and coaches bi-weekly at the Kiyokan Dojo in Saint John.
