Durck deWinter
Director
Durck deWinter is President and Co-Founder of Iron Maple Constructors Incorporated, where he and
his business partners lead the strategic direction, culture, and growth of the company. Together, they
have shaped Iron Maple into a respected Atlantic Canadian contractor known for its collaborative
approach, disciplined project execution, and commitment to innovation.
With more than 30 years of construction experience, Durck, alongside his partners, has been involved
in delivering complex institutional, industrial, commercial, and residential projects throughout the
region. Since founding Iron Maple in 2020, their focus has been on building a people-first organization
grounded in strong relationships, integrity, and the integration of modern construction technologies
with time-tested industry practices.
Before establishing Iron Maple, Durck served in senior executive roles, including Senior Vice-President
of Operations for the Atlantic and Manitoba regions, collaborating with large multidisciplinary teams,
and overseeing a broad portfolio of major projects.
Durck and his family reside in Sussex, New Brunswick, and he remains actively engaged in supporting
the construction industry and the communities where Iron Maple works.
